It’s a class where we will use only one equipment, the TRX, that will stimulate all the muscles of your body, only using the force of gravity.
The TRX is a suspension training, because the equipment will be anchored to the ceiling.
It’s a class of high intensity, targeting active people that intend to improve their physical condition in terms of strength and muscular resistance.
