Stretching / Postural Alignment & Foam roller

It’s a 60 minutes class, which will target mostly the muscles involved in the posture of each individual, using the rubber bands. These class is mostly for people that spend long time sitting in wrong postures, feeling pains in areas like the neck, back or lumbar.
No type of physical condition is required.
Regularly using a Foam Roller and stretching offers many of the same benefits as a sports massage, including reduced inflammation, scar tissue and joint stress, as well as improved circulation and improved flexibility. Doing it in regular basics, pre and post workout will mean you will help prepare your muscles for the workout ahead and also help with post muscle recovery.
