Consists of a set of activities including physical posture classes, traditional games, stretching classes, fitness, hiking, among other activities, thus promoting the health and well-being of our students through the practice of physical activity.
Mandatory the presentation of a Medical Certificate to practice exercise.
Monday and Wednesday
Class 1: 10am – 12pm

Friday
Class 2: 10am – 12pm
Total: 22 hours (11 sessions)
